Orders are normally processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

POLAND
Orders fulfilled from our warehouse in Poland are normally delivered within 1–2 business days.

GERMANY
Orders fulfilled from our warehouse in Germany are normally delivered within 1–2 business days.

BULGARIA
Available delivery methods, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout according to the available Bulgarian delivery service.

OTHER EU DESTINATIONS
Available delivery methods, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Any applicable shipping charge is clearly displayed during checkout. Where free delivery is available, this will also be shown before the order is placed.

TRACKING
